:roflmao:

Reminds me of the old one:

Support: Right-click on the Desktop.

(slight pause)

Punter: OK, done that!

Support: You wrote the word "Click" on your Desktop, right?

:D

Or the customer that was asked to copy his floppy disks and send them in.

The next day, we received a photocopy of his disks.

Give me strength.

Since we are going down memory lane, here is a website that I’ve been visiting for over a dozen years now:

In a nutshell, oldies but goodies.

Yep, that's definitely Memory Lane OK! The glory days of when Compuserve, AOL et al used to send you CDs to try their service.

Here's one of my faves. It has up-to-date information, and the guy is a Web designer.
But he showcases examples - both old and new - of sucky web design.
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Web Pages That Suck.
Enjoy!
