Win 10 Voice Recorder saves to .m4a. Is there a way to make it save to .mp3 or .wav?

I don't have W10 running right now, but I usually use Format Factory (free) to convert between formats. Very happy with it; .M4a is listed, but I am not sure if it will convert to mp3 but I think it probably will.

Format Factory works fine . . and takes a lot of time . . how much easier life would be if the file got saved as mp3, wav, or any other
